Tac Trades AI uses account, billing, MT5 bridge, trade activity, support, and analytics data to provide the application, secure user access, operate subscriptions, monitor bot connectivity, generate reports, and improve the product.
Data We Process
Account identity, email, subscription status, Stripe customer references, MT5 account identifiers, bridge events, trade events, AI scores, support tickets, notification preferences, and consent settings.
Analytics
Analytics tracking is optional and loads only after the user accepts analytics cookies. Analytics helps measure page performance, conversion flow, and product usage patterns.
Payments
Payment card details are handled by Stripe. Tac Trades AI does not store raw card numbers.
Trading Risk
Trading and automation data is used for monitoring and scoring. Tac Trades AI does not guarantee profits, wins, payouts, funding, or account growth.
